Morning Chat Challenge Jan 30

You've heard me say the Morning Chat group has a challenge every two weeks.  The challenge this time is hearts.  I decided not to do the obvious red heart for Valentines.  My post today could be a Valentine, but it also could be just a loving card for a special someone.  I used the Paper Doily Sizzlit Die and then I took the Heart Framelit and cut a heart shape from that doily.  The base heart was cut with a larger sized heart framelit and then embossed by running the heart back through the Big shot with the spongy shim to create the ridging.

Here is the inside of my card.  You can also see the envelope in both pictures.  And do you see that beautiful stamped image?  It is a stamp set in the SAB brochure called Fresh Vintage, and you can have it FREE with a qualifying purchase from either the Occasions mini or the big catalog.  Such a nice set.

This last image I included just so you can see the embossing on the base heart and a little more of the pretty heart doily.   I hope you like my challenge.   Come on over to Donna's site and join in the morning chat and in future challenges.   http://www.butternutsagedesigns.blogspot.com/

Thanks for stopping by.  See you next time.

Crafty Hugs,
Sandy
