Hi everyone. Welcome back to our Wednesday color blog hop. We have an interesting one for you today. But first, I believe you arrived from Liz's blogsite where you found something very pretty yet again. I'm always amazed at what Liz does. Today we are to find a sketch from a challenge site, then make our creation using that sketch. We are also to use colors designated for today, and they are Midnight Muse with either Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry, or with Cherry Cobbler and Pool Party. I decided on the second set of colors because I really wanted to use my new Sale-a-bration FREE set of banners and coordinating punch. I wanted colors I could print on without using any white. I think this does it on all requirements.
First, I used the sketch from Clean and Simple Sketches, which you can find here This was a pretty easy sketch, especially for what I had in mind. The colors turned out to be great man colors, and so now I have myself another man card, and we know how hard it is sometimes to come up with a man card.
I also used the dots embossing folder from the Sale-a-bration catty. There are some cool things that you can get for FREE, so make your wish list and get your orders in while you can get your freebies! Use my website here to place your orders if you don't already have a demonstrator.
So now lets continue around to the beginning to Robbie's blogsite to see what she has done. Robbie comes up with some really unique creations. I love to CASE her. Of course, if you started with her, then you have reached the end of the line with me.
Come back to see me again soon.

Coloring Down The Lines -- Gumball Green, Clean and Simple
Welcome to Blog Hop Wednesday and our Coloring Down the Lines. This week we were to use Gumball Green with So Saffron and Melon Mambo or Gumball Green with Midnight Muse and Marina Mist. We also were to keep it clean and simple. I chose Gumball Green with Midnight Muse and Marina Mist. I think this one is pretty simple. When I want to add a ribbon, a rhinestone or two, or another layer, then I figure it is simple. I resisted the urge and just did the hexagons. I know these colors aren't Valentine colors, but oh well, I can create however I want, right? Maybe this is a good guy card. Guys don't usually like all that pink and red and hearts and flowers. So this may go to my favorite guy.
You probably came first by way of Liz's blogsite. I still haven't gone over there to look, so I will have to go back to see what she did. But she always comes up with something really nice. And speaking of really nice, Robbie is next on your hop, and she always comes up with super ideas and really nice cards finished both outside and inside, and envelopes too. So let's hop to Robbie's blogsite and then you can continue all the way around.
Come back to see me again soon.

Envelopes and More
Hi everyone. I'm so excited that each time I go into my blog I can actually post. Doesn't take much to excite me, does it. After a month of not being able to download pictures, finally figuring it out has made me one happy
Last week I did a class with a really fun bunch of ladies. They had just recently bought the Envelope Punch Board and wanted to know if I could show them some ways to use it. So we all got together for a fun day of crafting, and tons of yakking and laughing (thanks Carolyn for being the hostess).
This is one of the projects we did. Of course, the first thing was to do an envelope. Which we did with cardstock, and then we lined it with Watercolor designer paper. Next we made a file folder card. That style card is started like a regular card, cut 3/4 inch off the bottom and then use the punch board to punch the tabs. We decorated with more of the Watercolor designer paper.
Hope you like the first of our class creations. I'll have more in the next couple of days. Don't forget to come back on Wednesday for our Coloring Down the Lines blog hop.
See you then.

Coloring Down The Lines -- Wisteria Wonder with Pinterest CASE
I'm back, and I am really happy to be back. There just wasn't any way to get my photos to download. But thanks to my good friend Robbie, who suggested I try using Chrome as my internet search engine, and my wonderful hubby, who helped me download it, I am back in business.
You should have arrived from Liz's blogsite for our blog hop this week. I sure have missed being in the challenges, but I have still been looking at everyone's creations. Aren't they beautiful, and I'm sure Liz's is beautiful today too.
Our challenge this week is to use Wisteria Wonder with Soft Sky and Sahara Sand or Wisteria Wonder with Pink Pirouette and Cherry Cobbler. The twist, and this is a good one, is to find a card on Pinterest and CASE it (Copy And Share Everything). Pinterest is a challenge to me because I don't go there -- yes, you heard me, I don't go there. But I had such a good time looking for a card, that I will go back often from now on. So following is a card done by Julie Davison on Pinterest. I love the look and so I copied hers.
Now here is what I created, based on her card:
I chose Wisteria Wonder with Soft Sky and Sahara Sand as my colors. I really like the colors. I also used the new Scalloped Tag Top Punch. Love it.
So now you should head on back to the beginning to Robbie. If you started with me, then take a look at Robbie's creation and continue all the way through.
I'm so glad to be back. Come back and see me again soon...................

Correction/addition to January
Well, I still can't figure out how to work with my blog. I did, however, find a way to copy my picture and drop it into the blog. But I can't edit it in any way to make it larger. Here is my creation for the blog hop. Now I have to go figure out how to get my blog to work again. Wish me luck.

Coloring Down the Lines -- Pool Party with Circles
Hello everyone. I'm really sorry today. I have my card ready for this blog hop, but for whatever reason, I can't get BlogSpot to load the photo. I can do everything as usual, except execute the move into this blog.
So, I know you have arrived from Liz's blogsite where she has a great creations, because I saw it last week. It is beautiful. And after me you will go back to the beginning, Robbie's blogsite where you can start all over again.
Perhaps it is just BlogSpot tonight that is not working. If in the morning I can load my picture I will. It uses the colors Pool Party, Wild Wasabi and Chocolate Chip. The extra twist this week is to use circles. I used a bunch of circles. Oh well, hopefully I will find out what the problem is and add mine to the hop tomorrow.
Until next time.....................

Sandy

Coloring Down The Lines -- Pink Pirouette with Sparkle
It is blog hop Wednesday with our coloring down the lines. Our colors this week are
Pink Pirouette with Pool Party and Crumb Cake
or
Pink Pirouette with Sahara Sand and Always Artichoke
I chose the first one, and the extra twist this week is to add some sparkle. You should have arrived to my blog by way of Liz's blogsite. I wonder what she chose. I spoke with her the other day and she said she was done, but I haven't looked. She also said that for once she has had some time and has been playing with crafts, and she has done a whole bunch of things. Usually she is at work, but is off for the holidays. Yay, Liz. I, on the other hand have a big New Year's Eve party here tonight (it's Tuesday), and I've had little time. I am tired already, but tomorrow I go on my annual "strike" and do nothing for a day or two. Still lots to do today, though. So, with no further ado, here is my challenge for this week:
I used the new Decorative Dots embossing folder that you get "FREE" during Sale-a-bration by just placing a $50 order. How great is Free? For my sparkle on this card you will find glitter paper and a whole lot of Dazzling Diamonds.
So that's it for now. Head back to the beginning to Robbie's blogsite.
I hope you all have a very Happy New Year and a year full of good things and lots of crafting.
Happy New Year!
Sandy
